Mindfulness - science and ancient wisdom in self-empowerment

As a professional associate we facilitated the workshop „Mindfulness - science and ancient wisdom in self-empowerment" for the participants involved in the Communication and Oratory Skills Training. Participant were lectured about basics of mindfulness and experienced some mindfulness practices.They were informed about the scientific background and researches and how mindfulness practice helps in coping with the public speaking fear. They were also coached to recognize some of their own communication patterns and revealed some new possibilities. They learned how mindfulness practice improves communication skills.
