Mindfulness - science and ancient wisdom in selfempowerment

 

As a professional associate we facilitated the workshop „Mindfulness - science and ancient
wisdom in selfempowerment "   for  the participants involved in the Communication and 
Oratory Skills Training.  Participant were lectured about basics of  mindfulness and 
experienced some mindfulness practice.They were informed about the scientific background 
and researches and how  mindfulness practice helps in coping with the fear of public 
speaking. They were also coached to recognize some of their own communication patterns 
and reveal some new possibilities. They learned  how mindfulness  practice  improves 
communication skills.
