Mindfulness - science and ancient wisdom in working with people and self- empowerment
The workshop was given for HURT members and their guests at their regular professional gathering. Participants were lectured about basics of mindfulness and experienced some mindfulness practices .They were informed about benefits of practicing mindfulness, the scientific background and researches and all the area where mindfulness is introduced. Participants expressed great interest in the topic and opened up the discussion of certain concepts and application options in the context of Reality Therapy and Choice Theory.
